i have not started college yet but i have always wanted to design cars for ferrari. what degre is best for me|||engineering|||automotive engineering|||you must have pure passion if your really considering designing cars.. i really dont want to burst your bubble but the design field is one of the worst fields to go into right now... car companies are failing one by one... job positions are becoming scarce... i wanted to design cars all my life, but recently found it impossible... its a very competitive industry.. you have to be the best of the best to have one of your designs chosen for any car company... ferrari is one of the most exclusive ones out there and they dont continuously put models out on the market... its just not a practical field to go into right now.. trust me, been there, tried that... but who knows... you could be the next pininfarina.. (ferraris designer) name plate on ever model produced... the pininfarina company is where they actually design the cars.... just thought id let you know... u might want to look into automotive journalism.. for me, im looking into aircraft engineer... (they make over $150,000 a year) in canada, its more than doubled...
just thought id give you a heads up... automotive design... not the best field at the moment...sry
