Would you recommend a ferrari or any sports car for someone whos not experienced?

I don't really have any experience in driving yet. But, I was looking at the Ferrari'sm they look so nice. Do you think I should get one or only leave those for the professional drivers?|||As far as a ferrari or a corvette or any other sports car ever made they all have the same thing in common, they are extreme high performance cars designed for people who can afford them who like to go fast. The power steering system is equally high performance, and this is what usually gets inexperienced drivers in trouble, They turn the steering wheel like they do on any passenger car, and the instant that happens at high speed, they lose control of the car (in most cases the car reacts so fast it swaps ends, and at that point you are out of control. Just like learning to drive, you also need to learn how to handle a high performance vehicle properly. There are many driving schools all over the USA that teach people how to race or how to drive a high performance car. There is nothing worse, than a high performance car, and a low performance driver. So if someone is going to buy you a ferrari someday, go for it, you just need to learn how to drive it correctly and you will be just fine, as long as you do not try and wrap it around a light pole at high speed. In life, many limitations are in your mind. You commented quite casually about getting a ferrari, that's something very few people ever get. If that is an option in your life, good, but there is far more too life than expensive car toys. Get the best education you can afford. Find something in your life that means something special, weather it is working with disabled children, or being the president of a multimillion dollar corporation, driving around in a ferrari. When you find something, you truly love to do, that makes you want to come back day after day, year after year and give it your all no matter what that's great. And if it happens to be something that is beneficial to help others, This will be far more rewarding that sitting around being bored, rich and having nothing left to challenge your mind. A first class education opens up limitless possibilities. Your mind is capable of fantastic things, you need to learn to expand it and to open it and explore the limitless boundaries available to those who can afford first class schools. A ferrari will be fun for a while, but it has limits, and you will figure them out quickly, find something out there that challenges your senses, opens your mind to a limitless universe and make this planet better than you found it if you can.|||Even the factories that build these cars try to discourage inexperienced drivers from purchasing their product.

Ferrari - Porsche - Lamborghini - Bugatti and many others offers factory driving seminars for even experienced drivers.

One doesn't need to be a 'professional' driver to have one of these cars. But the owner should definitely have an appreciation of what these cars are capable of besides their high speed potential. And the better trained you are the more one can appreciate the car.|||If you have the money, why not? But I'd take some driving courses first. You wouldn't be prepared for the extra horsepower and torque, as you wouldn't get that much in a regular stock car.|||I think you should probably leave those cars to the people who have the money and ability to drive them. Buy something more in your price and skill range...like a Huffy or Schwinn.|||Get a porsche gt3. Much easier to drive than other supercars...plus better handling.
